Bio: I am a model builder. I have been building plastic models for most of my life. one day, I was given a wooden kit and it started me on a whole new journey. I am currently working on two projects, The Nordkap 476, and The Gothenborg, a 17th century Swedish sailing vessel. in my blog, I will give accurate build logs as to how I built it, and detail what changes I made to make it more realistic....to look like the original vessel. I'm sure there will be others down the road, and when i do, they will be added.

  1. hello very good page! You know I have an old guillow kit but I lost the plans, do you have to scan the plans? If so, I will thank you if you can send them to me.

    Thank you !!

    • hello and thanks for looking in. which kit do you have? I can scan the plans for you, but you might want to contact Guillows to see if you can get a copy: http://www.guillow.com/
if they can’t help you, let me know and I’ll see what I can do to help. one thing I can’t do is scan full size. anyway…..try that……hopefully they can help you 🙂

  2. I have printed a few plastic model instructions, mainly due to their scarcity and the fact that the companies don’t charge for copies of their instructions. if you go on the link I gave you and look into the replacement parts page, the Fokker Dr1 is a series 200 model. select the Fokker will take you to the replacement parts page and you can buy the instructions. I’m thinking your in Brazil, and I’m not sure what your currency is over there, but it is a relatively low cost. it’s because of this that I cannot in all good conscience, copy the plans for you. if they were free and they could not be purchased, it would be a different story, but I will not pirate or infringe on any copyrights. I am very sorry. feel free to use my build log if you wish…….I wonder if you could use the pictures, since most of the part numbers are fairly legible. I’ll leave it to you to decide again, thanks for your positive comments, and that since you’ve awoken me from the tangent I’ve been on, I may start back on it soon. as a matter of fact…..I had made wooden copies of the spandau machine guns, not being to receptive to the plastic ones {I’m not happy with the engine as well}. they are on my desk at the moment….I painted them and want to add a bit more detail. this is going to be a static model, so I want to add more detail to it..

your blog site is very interesting 🙂
